Hey everybody, Today i want to show you how i made the mermaid with the patooties set from Jocelijne Design. I've made a step by step guide with pictures. If you have any questions please let me know. On the pictue above you can see which dies you need from the set. On the picture beneath you see them cut out of mermaid colors. But you can use any color you like ofcourse. To give my Patootie figures more depth i use Distress oxide and inkt the edges a little bit. Also for the cheeks ive used distress oxides. And then comes the fun part. Putting it al together. If you play a little bit lets say with the eyes or the eyebrows you can create so many figures with this set. Thats why i really love it so much. I kept te rest of the card simpel. With a shakerbag and some sequins ive created a fun little card. Ive framed them with the stitched scalloped rectangle frames from lawn fawn and with a set i own ive made some water splashes. I hope you enjoyed...
Is the weather so sunny with you? At least I need to cool off and with that in mind I started this card. I was inspired by a card that was once found on instagram created by Isa. Partly because of this card I bought the Jocelijne Design products and fell completely in love with this brand. I chose to let this penguin I made with the Patooties cutting set go on holiday and relax with an ice cream (also made with the patooties cutting set). The rest of the card I made entirely with Carlijn design products (Slimline set 1 and the Slimline edges 4). To further decorate the card I have of course used even more Jocelijne design (Fruit and trees for the trees in the background and Happy smiles for the sun). For the text on the card, I used Lawn Fawn's Finley's Finley's ABC's and Claire's ABC's. Have a lovely day everybody, with love Laura
